You need to produce a nutrition label for your layered dessert.
Click on this link:

Click on login at the top right hand corner.
Look for the Student Log In box and click on the button that says 'Open The Nutrition Programme'.
Type in your username and password. See your Food Technology teacher if you don't know it.
You can analyse the nutrition of your own recipes. Try it for the layered dessert. The traffic lights mean the following:
RED: You need to reduce this component, it's too high to be healthy.
AMBER: This is an acceptable amount but it would still be good to try to reduce it.
GREEN: This is a healthy and desirable amount.
Try varying the quantities of each ingredient to achieve a healthy balance between all of the nutrients.
